My children eat badly. How can I fix their eating habits?

You will agree that eating habits are not genetic or formed at birth.
Children usually love how they look. Showing them pictures of unsightly obese children will help. Ask yourself what habits you are communicating to your children through your eating habits?
Critically most people overlook the fact that taste palettes are acquired. What you let children start with, once they start eating, often becomes a lifelong habit. Involving children in buying or preparing nutritive food will encourage them to eat better. Take them to the farms and harvest fruits and vegetables with them. Educate them about food labels and ingredients such as sugar and salt that cause harm. Have you thought of building early-stage awareness in your children on nutrition and food as a cause of disease?
